I had the best hotel stay ever! The staff were fantastic and always had a smile on their faces, even during the hot season. The rooms were great, with some small changes that could make them even better. The food was excellent, especially in the restaurant Mezzerie, and I loved the authentic Lao cuisine. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful interior to the pools and lovely beach. The location was also convenient, being close to the malls in this city. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the 1st class breakfast. Special thanks to Thomas and Mohammed for making me feel at home.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
We loved the staff - especially the breakfast team. Amazingly accommodating and caring to my family. The fruit bar and pancakes were a hit with my kids. The gym staff were also lovely, and the yoga instructor was brilliant. The location is remote, which is what we wanted, with a great view over the sea to the iconic landmarks. The pool area is well-maintained and clean, with ample sunbeds and refreshing service.

The facilities, including the beach area and restaurants, were top-notch and provided a variety of options for relaxation and dining. We appreciated the convenience of being able to easily book taxis from the hotel's location. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay even better.
