The 4-star Haruru Falls Motel & Conference Centre Paihia is set approximately a 13-minute walk from Haruru Falls and around 10 minutes by car from Waitangi Treaty Grounds. Located within a 10-minute drive of the outdoor Action World Adventure Park, the resort offers views of the pool and a swimming pool.

The accommodation is placed about 20 km from Bay of Islands airport and 15 minutes' drive from such cultural venues as Russell Museum. Places of worship to visit within 7 km of the Haruru Falls Motel & Conference Centre Paihia include Christ Church Russell.
